I could tell you my favorites, but not are are healthy for me.
I'd cook with a little butter or oil to get more in. I love peanut butter, but have kidney stones and have to eat low oxalate. I also love cheese and avocados. And ice cream. I shouldn't be eating too much cholesterol, so several of those aren't so great for me.). For oils I keep olive oil, sunflower oil, grape seed oil, coconut oil, walnut oil and avocado oil on hand in some assortment for the different textures and flavors.0 -

Saturated fat, because without bacon and sausages in my life I would be very depressed.

I adore grassfed butter. I freely admit that I'll sometimes just eat a couple of tablespoons of it on a spoon like most people do peanut butter, when I can spare he calories.
I've done the same thing before with ghee, duck fat, lard, cream cheese, almond butter, and coconut oil before, but not quite as often.1 -
Butter, lard, chocolate and cheese. If I ever have to cut down on saturated fats I will be sad. I get some almonds and sardines in there too.0
