My biggest challenge right now is it is to darn hot to walk. I know get up earlier then normal but that would mean getting up at 5 or 5:30 to walk then I am starving all day. :smile: My other challenge is I am stuck I haven't loss or gained in 5 weeks. :huh:

Hi my name is Becky, I started walking to get exercise. I live in a fairly rural area so gyms are very expensive and walking was free besides I got some time to myself and my music. I am glad to see I am not the only one who does cheat days on the weekends but I am more active on the weekends I am running more errends walking around the park at flea markets and so on. So the cheat weekends don't hurt me I am back on track monday. :happy:

Good luck I have been doing the site for awhile. I agree you need to plan ahead just in case you eat something you didn't plan on. I also input my dinner first then I can add or subtract from the rest of my day.

Could eating to few calories cause a headache? Every time I try to cut my calorie intake I get headachy. Is this normal or should I just fight thru it?
