How to get through bad days?
I am having one of those days where all I want to do is eat junk. How can I pull myself out of this? It is only 4:11pm and I have only 300 calories left for dinner any ideas on what to do?

I am trying to stay motivate to workout everyday but I just can't seem to do it. I am doing the park my car as far away from the door at the store as posssibe but to be honest it just doesn't work for me. Can someone please help me come up with a better plan? I walk everyday but I am not losingany weight.

How come my weight is going up and not down? I walk everyday and I eat little to no fast food. What am I doing wrong?
