How come my weight is going up and not down? I walk everyday and I eat little to no fast food. What am I doing wrong?

Are you eating your exercise calories? How about water? You should be drinking half of your weight in ounces. So for example, if you weigh 150 pounds you should be drinking 75 ounces of water each day.0
