I am trying to stay motivate to workout everyday but I just can't seem to do it. I am doing the park my car as far away from the door at the store as posssibe but to be honest it just doesn't work for me. Can someone please help me come up with a better plan? I walk everyday but I am not losingany weight.

why workout every day when you can get fantastic results working out 3 times a week?
Overkill is exactly that!0 -
1) check your calorie intake goals on MFP - are they where you need them to see results?
2) I agree with Helloitsdan - and would add that exercise needs to be FUN (at least partially) or we won't do it. Try skipping to your car at lunch and back (may also cause laughter which burns calories and works abs!). Or Dance like a fool for 5 minutes when you get home from a long day - good one to do w/ small kids! I don't know your fitness level so it's hard for me to come up with other ideas - but you should see my point.
3) Depending on your size and your goals - walking from the car to your desk and back isn't enough to create a loss for most people. Are you expending enough calories to create a deficit so your body must resort to burning fat? (refer back to #2)
4) Try not to eat back all the calories that you burn - so that you can expend more than you eat. (I'm all about moving if it gets me more food some days, or even some chocolate - but I really try not to eat back every calorie - sometimes it happens but I try to save it for when I'm REALLY HUNGRY and not just filling myself with junk because I have the calories to burn.).
5) Try the buddy system - get a coworker to go for a walk with you at lunch or breaks. They can help keep you accountable, and make the time go faster as you chat.
Hope this helps and good luck!0
