I hear it helps boost metabolism. But no matter. Just drink it. Green Tea is awesome! ^_^

Sounds interesting! Can you get Taro at the typical supermarket produce section?

It aint pretty. Look into regular tuna rolls, cucumber rolls, or nigari sushi. Also consider low sodium soy sauce.

Smaller portions maybe? LOL idk. I love pasta too, but for whatever reason I don't eat it as much as I used to. Also love pesto sauce. Mmmmmmm.

One other thing I wanted to mention: If you go over your calories in food or don't burn enough calories in exercise once in a while, don't beat yourself up over it. Tomorrow's another day. Lord knows it happens. Today, I'm over my calorie count by 1000 calories! Damn these Mother's Day festivities and this delicious but…

Hey man! While I myself haven't quite had the experience you've had, I have had friends with similar problems. One friend of mine came to me back in 2009 and asked for my help (23 years old at the time, about 6'1" 400lbs). So him and I would go to the gym together about 3 times a week. It's true that cold cuts are packed with sodium. But wouldn't you say that lean ham, turkey, and chicken breast have beneficial…

I also thought this was a fluke, since Self Nutrition Data indicates most rolled oats have about 15% of your daily potassium intake (Couldn't find the Fresh & Easy brand on there). And yes, many foods have potassium and don't list it, so the reports on MFP won't…

To work my rear, I like to do bridges with a 45lb. barbell weight on my chest. I also do donkey kicks. Both exercises are great for your kegels and I LOVE the odd looks I get from men and women alike passing by me at the gym when I do them! :D

Try it with celery and raisins. Mmmm...ants on a log... ::DROOL::

Great question! I'm also over a lot on my sodium. More challenging than watching calories. Would love to know more info...
