Oh i know! I had such a hard time trying to find a beef steak that actually had the amount of iron listed. Oh well. I'm losing weight so I'm pretty chuffed haha!

Ohh! I thought 2300 was the right amount because it said goal. I've got half that in today so I'm way over the minimum 500. Thank you for clearing that up for me :)

Cold turkey + intense will power for about a week. That's just what I did. The first 2-3 days are the absolute hardest but your body adapts really quickly :)
