AMEN! I feel the same way. We all worked hard to get there! Plus if I were on vacation, I would care even less what anyone thought...you won't ever see them again anyway & you paid to be there like everyone else. If they don't like it, they can look at someone else. Lol

@aml31 Don't get yourself down about your weigh ins, I think it's just as much mental as physical - don't get a mental block. Plus you should never sell yourself short or you won't ever get anywhere. I have been having the same issue. I know I'm burning way more calories than I log because there is a bunch I do that I can't log based on the nature of the workout. I plan on buying a HRM as soon as I can to solve this problem. I want to be accurate but in the mean time I'm not stressing because I know anything will help…
