i don't either, but it's this little sticker you put on yourself before you tan, so it leaves a white mark in the shape of the sticker when you take it off.

oops forgot to post on monday. I didn't lose anything. My 21st birthday was on the 15th so I was in reno all weekend and I had some drinks and bday cake but ate pretty healthy besides that. Could've been worse at least I didn't gain anything lol.

my butt and legs! my stomach was the last place that got bigger though, and it's the first place that's shrinking. My butt and legs will probably be last in line.

I used to get the oven roasted chicken breast, but it just had too much sodium in it. Now when I go I usually get a veggie delite on Honey oat bread. Lettuce/tomato/olives/cucumber and vinegar. Sometimes I'll get provalone if i'm in the mood for cheese.

ugh same. I had a piece of the chocolate cake i bought my mom last night and even though it was within my calories it still made me feel nauseous after I was done.

I eat when i'm hungry. I sometimes don't get home from work until 10:30pm, and eating at night has never interfered with my weight loss. So if you're hungry, eat.

I usually give myself a couple days (but no more than 2!) because those first days I have really terrible cramps. After that they're just regular annoying cramps so I pop a couple midol and go work out anyways.

i pretty much stick to vodka and diet soda. Or maybe a vodka and cranberry but ONLY if the juice is 100% juice, not one of those sugar-packed mixtures.

Hey I can't remember if i've posted to this group before or not. I'm pretty sure I haven't so i'd like to join lol. I'm Stephanie, 20 (21 next weekend!) I'm 5'11, started out at 300lbs and currently weigh 283. My goal is around 150-160, i'm not really sure yet.

I usually eat a protein plus powerbar once a week on sundays when I have an 8 hour work shift (retail!) and I don't think it's hindered me any.....2 per day probably would though lol.

i'm turning 21 in a week, and all my friends are coming home from college for summer soon, so i know this summer is gonna be hard. everything in moderation though. I guess i'm lucky my drink of choice is vodka because it has pretty low calories lol.

this happened to me in the beginning too. I think it was right around the 3rd week I gained 6lbs! I went on here and changed my 'goal weight' to my first mini-goal and it gave me more calories. The next week I was back to losing around 2lb/week again.

I also have around 150lbs to lose (well only around 130 now!) I've found what helps is to set smaller goals for yourself and focus on those first. Initially I had my weight loss ticker set so it showed i needed to lose 150lbs, but I changed it to 31lbs(my first goal) after a while and it really motivates me more to see…

Yep i did 30 minutes on the gazelle this morning, and I have a 5 hour work shift tonight (i work retail, so it's like a workout lol) On days where I don't have work I usually do an hour on the gazelle.

i always tip (less for bad service), but I hate when servers act like they are entitled to it. And 15% is the highest i'll go. 20% seems like a little much to me. Are you eating all your calories? Drinking enough water? 9 times out of 10 when I see posts like this on here the person posting is eating <1200 cals per day (including exercise cals), so if that's the case you might want to think about eating more.
