Have they tested you for Celiac disease? My mom had a lot of these same issues and it took forever for them to figure out she had Celiac (Gluten allergy)

I sit at a desk on a computer all day at work so I usually just add them in as I eat them. But sometimes if I know what i'm going to eat since I pack my lunch and dinner I'll add it all in at once. On my days off I just add as I eat since I have the app on my phone.

Yeah I usually do the exact opposite. I don't have a huge dinner or anything, but breakfast is definitely my lightest meal of the day.

uh cats don't tear up things if you train them not to number one. number 2 de-clawing is incredibly inhumane, and just because cats have claws doesn't mean they will "pee on everything" number 3 if you clean the litter box as often as you're supposed to the cat won't "crap in your house"

unsweetened green tea! I find when I have a cup of it in the morning i am way less hungry throughout the day.

I love the one that has the potatoes/cheese/tofu in it. soooooo good. the only problem is they can have a lot of sodium in them :/

go talk to a tattoo artist and give them your ideas. they can give you input back about what would look best and placement as well.

Lara bars! they have all different flavors and are gluten free. You can get them at safeway. Probably trader joes and whole foods as well.

go as high up as you can with management. When i worked at ross I had to track down/contact our district manager (who I had never even met) to file a complaint against the store manager. If you drink soda--I find that when I cut out soda it greatly reduces my desire for junk/fast food. I still get cravings of course but totally manageable ones.

lemon! Cut a lemon into wedges and squeeze the juice in, then put a wedge or 2 in the glass. so good.

now this is a thread i need to join. have any of you read the married with zombies series by jesse peterson? the whole time i was reading it i couldnt stop thinking id be way too fat to survive a zombie apocalypse....especially if they can run like the ones in zombieland!

i did the oral drops for 6 days and it was terrible, i was STARVING the whole time. On the 6th day I threw the drops in the garbage and ate a granola bar, i could not take feeling that hungry all the time anymore. On the plus side i think it did shrink my stomach a lot, because i get full much easier now.

keep forgetting to post here! last time i posted I was at 281 and now i'm at 277 :) I'm thinking of changing my weigh-in days from mondays to fridays to help keep me motivated on the weekend.

everything in moderation. i'm not going to cut out alcohol completely for the rest of my life. that's just silly.

i usually just get a veggie delite on honey oat with red wine vinegar. cuts out some of the sodium you get in the sandwiches with meat.
