Need more friends for support!
I've been on mfp for a while now but have gone on and off the wagon a few times so a lot of the friends I had on here to begin with have deleted their accounts. I would prefer people to add me who have 100lbs or more to lose but I will add anyone who will be motivating or who would like to be motivated by me! :)

So I have one of those small personal sized trampolines and I was thinking about adding it into my daily workout. Does anyone know how many calories it burns? I couldn't find it in the exercise log.
