What's your Subway?

I'm a pretty loyal devotee of Subway and usually stick to my same sandwich every time:

6" Chicken teriyaki on wheat w/ old english, lettuce, cucumber, onion and carrot + honey mustard sauce. (375 calories)

Today I unexpectedly changed it up:

6" Steak on wheat w/ old english, lettuce, onion, carrot, capsicum + tomato relish. (379 calories)

Was so good it tasted like a pizza or a burger or something!!

Anyone have any favourites they think are worth trying? What's YOUR subway?

well, i've been attempting to try everything there, seeing as i work there & usually get super bored of the sandwiches.
but, my top favourites are the roasted chicken on flatbread, ham on white or steak if i've got the calories for it~

It's the same every single time I go.

6" oven roasted chicken on wheat. Lettuce, Tomato and extra extra extra black olives. Followed by asking for more black olives.

It's stupid that they're only allowed to put 6. If I go to any Subway other than my usual one they screw me on the black olives.

ETA: Also no cheese and not toasted. Been ordering the same sandwich for a looooong time now.

    6" veggie delite on wheat
    HEAVY lettuce
    Spinach
    Tomatoes
    Onions
    Green peppers
    EXTRA olives
    Jalapeños
    A little salt and pepper

6 inch whole wheat club sandwich....3 slices bacon, 4 slices ham, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sliced onions and a slice of cheese (swiss I think but not sure) had the whole thing just warmed up a bit and man, that was good!! According to the calorie counter on here it was 300 calories....way better than the burger I was planning to have!

Interesting that not many seem to get it toasted.

I'm in QLD, Australia and so far I haven't found a Subway that has spinach.... TRAVESTY!

Subway to me is a cheat meal. So many carbs- like 3/4 servings at once. Don't get me wrong, I love subway. I just try to only have it once in a blue moon. Plus the processed meats, cheeses, etc. It's not exactly a "clean" meal.

You don't have to have the meats. Or even the bread. Try the Veggie Delite (one of my faves) as a salad instead of a sandwich.

MY Subway: the Veggie Delite, on wheat bread, with avocado and cheese (as a treat), with mustard and light on the mayo.
  • if i have lots of calories leftover: a 6inch italian BMT on itlaian with olives, pickles, peppers, lettuce, cucumber, tomato cheese and chipotle sauce

if i don't: a 6inch veggie delite or turkey breast with peppers, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and no sauce

to be honest, those are the only 3 i've ever eaten xD

I haven't gone to Subway since starting my weight loss but I used to always get

    Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki
    Flatbread
    White Cheese
    Lettuce
    Sweet Onion Sauce
    Sub Sauce
    Salt and pepper

Flatbread I get toasted but if I get a regular bun/bread I don't toast it. Dries out the bread!!
