On a year myself; keep tabs on your eating habits and keep your fitness goals. Will help with any weight increase you might experience. The 'craving' will be there for some time yet but hang in there.

Your problem sounds more program specific; what plan are you following? Allpro, 5x5? Are you sticking to your program or jumping from program to program?

Really interesting; yes, it certainly would be slower progression but still progression - I'll see what this looks like when incorporating. I'm afraid it might be too slow for my twentysomethingitis problem though but I may have to face the fact that I upped my TM a bit more than I care to admit - pride is a b@tch

Looking for an opinion; What do you do when you miss reps on 5/3/1? Reset or push on. Missed my last 4 reps last night - simply ran out of steam but overall satisfied with the workout.

Your workout routine looks really good; I think your issue is you are simply not eating enough ( I read you are trying to bulk) Have another look at your calories, check the forums (there's a few that is directly to women and bodybuilding I believe that I think might help)
