Going to sound really weird...But for lunch today I took a Starkist tuna creations sweet and spicy, mixed it with a couple crushed white cheddar cheeze its and a tablespoon of mayo. 270 calories for it all, 150 of it from the cheeze its. I also dip my bananas in yoplait greek peach yogurt.

Just try eating good carbs instead of bad ones. Buy groceries, plan your meals, make them ahead of time and take them to work with you.

For the aspartame to even start harming you, you'd have to drink 20+ sodas A DAY for like a year before it started severely affecting you. Like my friend said, the only thing diet soda hurts is your wallet.

I only wipe down anything I get really sweaty.. like the tread mill or elliptical. Unless I'm the last person leaving the gym for the night, then I wipe down everything that I use before I leave. Seats, dumbbells, barbells...

I've heard that Beef and Broccoli is almost always the best choice when eating chinese food. My home towns chinese restaurant made sweet and sour chicken with cherry sauce on the side instead of already on the chicken and they loaded it with tons of pineapple, carrots, and peppers on the side. I miss it ;_;

I wouldn't see why not? They have a good portion size, a nice amount of protein and they keep you full. Well at least they keep me full until dinner. They're good if you're in a rush and need a decent meal for a quick lunch or dinner.. But abs really are made in the kitchen :) So if you have the option, cook your meals.…

You NEED to give this time! You will not see results over night.. Unless you are doing some serious workouts and diet changes, you're not going to see inches lost in your first month. Just remember to eat healthy, hit your macros, exercise and give it time.

Make sure you have a food scale and get a measuring tape. Quite a few people lost inches while doing that and not weight.

Asparagus kinda reminds me of corn on the cob...? But with a slightly different taste. I've always make a tin foil steam bag and steamed it with garlic powder, onion powder, onion, pepper, salt and a tiny bit of bacon. Twas delicious.

You might try eating a little more protein.. Could try increasing the intensity of your workout for short periods..Say try increasing the resistance of your elliptical by 3-5 for 30-45 seconds then dropping it back down?
