  • Those don't bother me as much as the exact opposite posts like that.. The ones where they claim it's "magic weight loss". Like the cabbage soup and the mint/fruit water. If they would of done a little research, they would find out that its not actually good for you.
  • There is vitamin E cream you can use, or you can break open vitamin E pills and rub them on your stretch marks. I had bad stretch marks from gaining weight so rapidly as a kid and they are pretty much non existent now. Be warned though, vitamin E pills are really sticky.
  • Go and workout even if you feel like poop. Do something full bodied like, aerobics or zumba. It stretches those stomach muscles and warms them, making the cramps go away. Plus if you do it long enough you will release serotonin and will feel happy and not so cranky.
