I keep losing and regaining the same 6lbs Its really hacking me off I took a total of 4 weeks over Xmas/New Year off and regained all but 2lbs I had lost but for the most part my last year has been relosing the same 6lbs over and over again Its a lil demoralising but i guess i just gotta keep at it

I had a guy walk up to me, take an ice cube out my drink, he then smashed his hand down on the bar and I believe the line he was trying to use was "now ive broken the ice" In actual fact the line he managed was a scream of pain as "Mr Cool" broke his hand on the bar! :) I couldnt help but laugh

And I'm alive. Turns out laxatives had overdehydrated me hence water works issue but bm happened3 x in a day. Dr thinks it was combo of 24 hours of sugar water and low fibre that got me going. They think I might have ibs (stress related) which triggered the cease fire. Just gotta be mindfulnow Cheers for all your awesome…

I use sugar free squash ..... I also hate the taste of water. But I started here almost 2 months ago and ive been making my squash weaker and weaker every week til its practically water, that way Im hioping i wont hate the taste so much :)

I get yelled at from time to time too 1200 Food is what it wants Its best to get your net to 1200 tho I did what you did and ate like 1200 for food but had a net at 200 ish when i exercised - you lose weight but then your metabolism catches up and you stop losing it

Has it affected your number twos?? If your not going as often then its probably too much fibre - in which case cut down or drink more water or use a medication to flush it through I'd recommend seeing a Dr tho - I had a similar set of symptoms which turned out to be IBS so it might be worth getting checked out.

Its a really good point. How would you work it out. Ive never really dropped below 156 and my bmi puts me at 23.7 but I still feel more fat than fab.

Ditto I know ive only got to lose like 10 - 13lbs to be at my ideal (or what the Dr says I ought to be) Its slow going tho .... the first 6 lbs dropped and ive been plateued for almost 2 weeks despite my cal intake being under 1200 net per day! Irksome *positive face* tho ..... Just need to get toned and trim :)
