That's actually the first place I notice weight gain/loss is in my neck and face! I guarantee you have a neck and jawline in there!!! If I did then anybody does!

Wow that is awesome! You have done it before so I'm sure you know you can do it again! I know how easy it can be to get discouraged, because I have had times where as soon as I reached my goal weight I would let myself go and gain some back...it really is a never ending thing but you already have lost a good chunk of it…

Sounds cheesy but really the best thing I taught myself was that I had to let go of all of the "get skinny quick" or different products and things that are supposed to boost weight loss (even though some things are legit) and just focus on my own body's ability to change itself and heal itself! I would get so discouraged…

Well I finished my 30 day clean eating plan, and lost 13 lbs in the process! I have been on vacation all week, so lord knows what the scale will say tomorrow, but I'll be right back on the clean eating train when I get back to work!

So I've started a 30 day, no cheat day plan which is 4 days in....day 1 and 2 killed me for some reason but I felt really good yesterday and today now that all that sugar and caffeine is out of my system!

Well my goal was to lose 10 lb in January, and I made it to 9.8 lost, so not too shabby! Gonna go for 4 lbs lost in Feb!

Oh I forgot to mention the whole 40% protein thing didn't start until I was 153 lbs already and started weight training, so I don't think it needs to be that high to start out with! :)

When I first started, I did the usual 1200 calories, and I was losing a bit, but when I upped it to 1400 calories, I was losing 2 lb a week for a really really long time! So tweaking it even 100 or 200 calories can really make a difference! Also I did 50% carb 30% fat and 20% protein which I believe is what MyFitnessPal…

Finally got back on track this week and lost 6.8 lb in 5 days! That's a lot of bloat and food in my system that finally went away! Already feeling so much better!

I have had several people friend me on here to watch my food log, so I apologize the last week I haven't been logging, but thanksgiving week is always just a big carb fest as most know lol. Friday is when I'll be back on it hardcore until Christmas!
