Update on older post, down 70 lbs
Started my weight loss journey in January of 2014 right after I had my youngest baby, and lost the weight pretty quickly but I have been trying to maintain which can certainly be a struggle...but here's some before and after pictures!! Feeling great!!!! From 223 to 153!

Eating 1200 calories and exercising , but losing very slowly
