2/3 Workout 3 completed! Going to soak my feet!!! I don't know why but my feet hurts so bad. It feels like I'm getting blisters any advice will be appreciated. I got this high end soaks and fitted shoes too.

2/2 workout done. I walked 4.25miles at slow pace with incline of 4.5. I could feel it.! I also need to do strength training last time I did the C25k I was incorporating with strength training session and I was more toned. Good morning, My thighs are still sore, I guess I overdid it last weeks training. Anyways, my goals for the rest of the week is to try 3 workouts with high intensity interval training (HIIT). Greg thanks for the link.!

I completed workout 3 this morning. The last 10min I tried jogging 6mph for 2min and walking for 2min. That was so hard but I'm glad I tried to challenge myself.
