  • I am addicted to yoga. I may not have lost any weight yet, but I definitely feel stronger and more toned. I recommend it for everyone. If you're looking for faster results, do cardio along with it.
  • I have the same problem. I try to eat alot of fruit & veggies but by the time I do that, I have gone way over the MFP sugar recommendation. Perhaps they should specify the difference by adding a new nutrient category... Thoughts?

  • Yep I agree! Just start from where you are :) And feel free to use your MFP friends for support - that's what we're here for!
  • I'm looking for new friends, too!!! Feel free to add me .
  • I love spring rolls, especially the fresh Thai version. This link isn't exactly how I like them, but it'll get you started: http://thaifood.about.com/od/thairecipesstepbystep/ss/thaifreshrolls.htm I'd also add fresh lettuce leaves and mint to the wraps. It's yummy!
  • Sounds fantastic! I'll definitely be following you.
  • That's GREAT!!! :)
  • Thanks for the tips everyone! I usually do pretty well, but I'm the type of person that has to completely cut out sweets from my diet - if I have just a bite I can't stop...
  • I an a HUGE advocate of the South Beach Diet - but just like any "diet" it actually has to be about a life change. The first time I did SBD I lost 15 lbs in a month! It works for me - unfortunately the Holidays were very tough on my body and I've gained it back (because I ODd on sugar and carbs - once I start I can't stop)…
  • I'd love to join you! I'm 5'5" and 158 so almost at the same place. I actually want to lose 30 lb but will start with 20. I can always use a buddy! :) Diet is pretty simple for me (South Beach ROCKS!) but I really need motivation to exercise (I hate it!). I'd love to hear from you!
