I dislike level 2 also. I've completed the 30 shred some time ago, but I still do it at least 4 days a week. I usually do only level 2 and 3 now. Monday and Wed I do level 2, Tuesday and Thur level 3. I would MUCH rather do level three because I think it's "easier".

Two hard boiled eggs, 100 calorie oatmeal and one cup of fruit.

I mix it up. I do level one on Monday, Level two on Tues, Level three on Wed, then back to Level one on Thur etc...

I drink one cup of black coffee in the morning, water ALL day long and at night I drink hot tea. I use Lipton green tea (naturally decaffinated) and then a add another tea bag for flavor, there are tons of fruity or minty flavors! I find that I look forward to it about an hour before bed. It also helps my snacking cravings…

I weight myself every morning to keep me accountable. When I have gain weight in the past, I would put my head in the sand and not weigh myself because I knew it was going up but I didn't want confirmation. Now, if the scale goes the wrong way I get back on track immediately.:happy:
