Hi I'm Lisa and I just joined MFP.com -- Already I'm seeing a pattern to my eating (carb heavy) that I will need to change. My goal is to lose 80 lbs... wish me strength (not luck)

I'm new to this as well. I find this site is an awesome tool to keep track of how you're eating. It became a real eye opener for me!! It seems to be going good so far!! you have been here for a while? I am trying to find out how to enter exercise of working out with a trainer...it is alot of different exercises and I can't find how to enter that. I also am not sure where to look for replies to my mssg's . Hopefully I can learn and become your friend. Cheers0
