I started it about 8 days ago( took 1 day break on sunday from it) I have lost 3 lbs so far since I joined MFP but I know that the 30ds had something to do with it. Some days I do the 30ds and then the gym, sometimes just the shred, depends on my mood and or stamina level that day.

Ok, Yesterday was d7l1 and today i decided to try out L2 and I will be going back to L1 tomorrow:tongue: I will post measurements on Monday . But I am pretty sure I have lost some weight, I just feel it lol Going to get lighter weights today so I can do the arm stuff with better form.

I have been doing level 1 for 7 days now and decided today I will try level 2. Boy did it kick my butt a bit( on TOM as well though). Tomorrow back to level 1 and maybe I can squeeze some running in at the gym tomorrow as well. Will post measurements on Mondays with my weight. Good job to everyone that has been keeping up…

I am doing the 30 day shred and I started on the 23rd. I rested on Sunday. I like munching on nuts. They do have a high fat content but it is the good kind of fat the unsaturated fats. I like almonds , walnuts. K mart has Anne's house nut mixes I really enjoy.

Be sure to do rotations and stretches before you work out to get the most of the exercises. Your doing a great job baby! Im proud of you and admire your will power. Keep it up. Im sure you will achieve the results your looking for. I love you. Jason

I would definitely invest in some knee braces. If you are having problems I am assuming they will get worse until your knees are stronger. Maybe alternate work outs instead of doing the same one day in and out. Try doing a yoga one or just a cardio one. Do you have cable? I sometimes do the videos that I get from on demand…

I think I am going to put 400 - 450 from now on. Per your calculation I should burn 554 but to be on the safe side i will underestimate it a bit.

wow. When I log it under circuit training for 20 minutes it gives me 207 calories. I am 170 right now so that should be a lot more then. Thanks for the info

Same here, sugar and sodium are the two things I just go over on every day. Removed sugar for now since I don't use any sugar or sweeteners so the sugars I do eat are either from fruit or honey or whats in things already

On most days I am about 200-300 under my goal and that is with working out and burning about that amount. I don't sweat ti too much. But then again I haven't lost much so maybe I am not a good advicor lol

I would call my cable company and ask if they offer it. You might have a hard time finding it on your own, sometimes they hide it quiet well. I do these too, to switch it up from my 30ds dvd. I love them!! I have to look for the HIIT ones now, interested in that!

I am on the level one on day like 3 or 4 but I haven't been doing them one after another. I threw in some other DVD's in between there . But I am sticking to doing it once a day now for ten days. So 8 days to go

Do you have cable on demand? I noticed recently that I can order older workouts as well as newr ones on my on demnad menu for free. I love it!

I have the 30 day shred. I have done 3 level 1 workouts( I mix it up with the P90x Dvd and sometimes with on demand workouts). I love it.
