  • I think you look GREAT. If you are happy with your weight then I say just stick with toning.AS long as you feel good about yourself and it is a healthy weight for your height everything is fine IMO of course.
  • I was wondering the same thing LOL
  • bump... I need some ideas on that as well.
  • The Ladies at the WIC office told me to feed my daughter spinach, strawberries and liver . Those are all pretty high in iron. But any leafy green has iron. Try those and see if it goes up any.
  • Agreed. This one made my muscles hurt a lot more.
  • Great JOb. Amazing how good you look. You should definitely be proud of yourself!!!!:flowerforyou:
  • I LOVE Bodycombat  . Be prepared to have sore muscles in your back and arms. It is an awesome cardio workout that will burn lots of calories  Have fun!
  • I did the whole Dvd for a month and lost about 7 pounds in the month and a half i was doing it. It is a good workout to start with, it tones very well. Make sure you do it about 5-6 times a week though for best results.
  • Thanks for the info, I think I will input around 350 just to be on the safe side for now and soon I will get me a HRM, thanks
  • It kinda combines the two, either way my HR is up most of the time LOL
  • Wow, that is crazy. Thank god I have only had one or two of these and even those only once or twice a year. I will stay away from all of that from now on. Water for this girl! :drinker:
  • I have started going on to the restaurants websites in advance to get some nutrition info. But when we do go out ( it isn't often) I generally don't stress too much. Even the salads have lots of calories so why watch other people eat what you really want while you are eating a salad with only 200 calories less. I think…
  • I have wondered the same thing.... looks like I am not the only woman with size 9 and wide feet.
  • I sooo feel your pain. This has been my eating habits for the last 10 years and it is the main reason I am now overweight! I still have a tough time not eating at night but have decided that if I REALLY don't want to eat that late I just go to bed. Sometimes I have a tea with some honey in it and a low calorie little snack…
  • circuit training. There is also a formula you can kind of go by to see how many calories you burn depending on your weight. Someone posted it a while back. This is what she found: So on most sites it says 503 cals burned per hour for a 154lb person. I know heart rate and such has an effect but I just took 503 and divided…
  • I have been told by others that it is because you are hydrating your body. Now it knows how thirsty it was to begin with and wants more water.Just what I heard though. It is not a bad thing, drink as much water as you want, it helps me lose weight and feel full.
  • granny panties. I at least want to be comfortable while i work out. Who do I have to impress at the gym?
  • First off I have been known to speak my mind very freely so I would probably say something rude back like" why do you care so much about our sex life, don't you have one?" I mean it is odd that he is so obsessed over your husbands hand jobs or whatever he referred to. Secondly , if I wasn't so outspoken I would simply tell…
  • I have never logged it and never will.I see it this way. I got fat and was still cleaning so I must have not burned that many calories or else I wouldn't have gotten fat LOL
  • I did the same thing. To me it is like better safe than sorry
  • I have the exact same problem. I have always had tyhis problem and so has my mom. I can eat super healthy all day with no effort. But as soon as 9pm hits i want chocolate or ice cream and I start to eat more than i actually should. It drves me nuts. My solution has been going to bed with my hubby no later than 10. But of…
  • I feel your pain. Whenever I over do it I have a very hard time keeping it light with working out for a while. Just try to take it easy because you don't want to get a worse injury. And about being over by 260 calories don't worry about it. Being over for a couple of days is probably not going to make you gain any pounds.…
  • Thanks guys, I guess I will stick with what it gave me here then. I do sweat buckets and give it my all so maybe I did burn that many. I just did spinning yesterday and it gave me less for spinning. Just seemed ood I guess. But I will stick with 757 then. I love the classes as well, I do Bodyflow, Body combat and body…
  • I think you really need to have a partner in all this. Someone that can be there for you in real life and workout with you and be your support. Maybe you should look into a support group for eating disorders or people affected by that? I know it is hard to think that you will lose wait when you keep eating all day but it…
  • I went spinning today ( I am 170 right now) and I kept up with it even though it was hard and yes my sitbones and other bones down there hurt after but that goes away the longer you do it. You could also buy a cushion for the seat at walmart that is what I am going to do. Try and do it again and tell the teacher that you…
  • I just stopped taking my birth control pill for that exact reason. My husband agrees that there is no way to lose weight with the current BC I was on. Maybe you can ask your doctor to give you one that will help you? Not sure that there is one that helps. Just mention it to your doctor and see what he/she says about it.
  • Sorry if I scared you, just worried you aren't getting enough nutrition for the amount you work out. No need to be scared, you just need to find the right balance with your work schedule. I realize it is hard to get on a good eating schedule when you work so late. Just try getting some good snacks and try snacking when you…
  • I had a bad weekend and still lost 1 lb since my last weigh in. But I also worked my butt off yesterday and worked out twice. I am working out twice again just to make myself feel better about the bad weekend LOL
  • I started my level 2 today ( 2 days earlier than the recommended 10 days for each level) and I gotta say, I am was whopped. I normally log it under circuit training and according to the data base for 20 minutes it gives me 185 calories burned. Have fun and I am glad you started it, it does work!:flowerforyou:
  • First off I would definitely eat the 1200 calories since you are working out twice daily. Second off, I log the 30 day shred under circuit training and it gives me around 185 per 20 minutes. Hope that helps.
