I have been losing most of the weight in Massachusetts, as I live here. However, I did go to Mexico for a week, so technically I lost some there too.

And people are suggesting the headache is from the diet, and a sign that the diet needs to change. It's not a separate topic.

My own experience with Atkins was not a headache near the beginning, but a general feeling of weakness and light-headedness about 3-4 weeks in that made me give it up.
