As long as you have the calories.....go for it. Don't deprive yourself or you won't want to stick with it. I have adapted the theory.....everything in moderation!

It's there, I use it all the time. Add it under cardio (as if you were running.....) it is listed as strength training!

My doctor has me taking my thyroid meds at night, right before bed. This has helped me, since I don't have to avoid milk in the mornings the meds have all night while I am sleeping to do their work. Just food for thought.

I use the product "Stevia in the Raw" & a tbsp of sugar free Coffee Mate creamer, I was a huge sugar in coffee person too, this has actually worked really well for me and I don't notice any after taste.
