All you have to do is eat a cup of squash it varies but many have 1100mg per cup. I like butternut it replaces potato's when baked.

I go two or 3 times a month and load up on protein at the Chinese place or seafood. Usually after eating 1400 cal all month and burning 600-1k calories a day I drop pounds after I eat out!

Roasted butternut squash. Salt pepper olive oil roast 400 degreess 40 min. It will feed you several meals. Onions bell peppers sauteed wrapped up in a 60 calorie pita bread. Tomato's and okra just season to taste let simmer 20 min

Some worry about muscles vs health and vise versa. Eating foods with nutritional value will always be the best.

A few less calories you eat vs logg in your journey isn't going to hurt you. Just log maximum amounts.

You can live off just vitamins if you're super obese. That proves that they work....

Only buy the ones in olive oil. Trust me they are the best. King Oscar are my favorite brand. You wont even need hot sauce or mustard with these. They are packed with protein and have a lighter taste.

Take the money you would spend on wine/beer buy a wine making kit and keep busy making wine all month. I make wine but don't drink it. (I take a sip to see if its bottleable) its quite a relaxing hobby and your friends will love you lol.

Sweet freedom ice cream 90 cal per half cup. Chocolate chips or rasinets but only eat a few a day. I make pudding with zero % milk its not to high in calories

My aunt being a dietitian would say two days. I eat stuff 4 or 5 days old and don't get sick.

Apple slices from McDonalds or buy a cooler fill it with ice and sliced fruit. Will be great nutritional value and faster than waiting in a drive in line.

Don't eat anything from a box or from the dairy isle= problem solved. Plus stuff in a box is highly processed with next to zero nutritional value.

Sardines or octapus have lots of protein. Almonds is the highest protein nut.

I may have before I started eating healthy and exercising. I don't feel bad because of all the exercise/quality nutritional food. I'm not loosing my weight for looks either but simply to feel better. I know most people loose weight for looks but I rather feel awesome personally.

When i go out i usually hit places with protein like chinese or boiled shrimp. 2 cups of boiled shrimp is 400 calories around 80 grams of protein with practically zero fat,carbs. You can eat all you want with veggies, i usually drop weight after going out two or 3 times monthly.

I meant to say you cant do both at once so op would need to do strength one week or 4 days then cardio the next.. Op would need to increase calories during the workout sessions (for muscle) and decrease calories for cardio (fat burning).

Yes cardio. If you eat less and do cardio you will loose more weight. If youre building muscle aka working out you have to eat more calories. It's very hard to do both at once because its two different processes.

Eat more protein before and after long rides. More water as your doing helps!

You may be dropping fat but building muscle now. If you drop 10 pounds of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle it won't show on the scale. Also your cells hold water during strong workouts. I suggest work out 3 or 4 days then walk 2 days
