I get headaches / light headed when I don't eat sugar. Try eating an apple/bananna or some chocolate candy when you feel like this. Usually I'll eat something really sweet like rasinets or Carmel it goes away in a few mins. Hope this helps

Go eat a Chinese buffett load up on protein like chicken pork beef. Eat all you can. Your body needs more calories. I been doing it once a month for a year now and lost 120 pounds. I stayed under 1200 calories the first 6 months now under 1500. You might want to try eating more trust me.

I get up drink 2 cups water eat yogurt for breakfast then go walk. After I walk 30 mins I'm awake for the rest of the day. I go again usually during lunch. Then a few times in the afternoon.

I bought 12 whole chickens on sale 69 cents a pound so will toss a few on the grill whatever is left I'll put it in salads. Maybe roast butternut squash and coliflower mashed potatoes.
