Dose anyone get turkey burger frozen like Jennie-O

    They aren't good as buying ground turkey and making your own.

    They're fine. As long as they fit into your calorie and nutrition goals and you like them, there's no problem. I get them sometimes.

    I totally understand that. For me it's a texture thing with meat & fish. I tend to stick with ground or shredded meats only. Burger patties are a good way for me to get my protein. Sometimes I make them by hand and sometimes I keep some in the freezer. It really depends on my mood that week.

    Eat what you like. If you want to work towards more fresh foods and fewer frozen, that can be a positive step. But don't worry about it too much if you need to stick with the premade burgers.
