Only eat 90 grams protein yesterday

I just realised yesterday I only eat 90 grams protein and my target was 200 what to do

Your protein is pretty high... how much do you weigh OP? Shoot for 0.8g of protein per lb of body mass... I don't know what you're shooting for now. And then increase fats with the extra calories.0

I can tell you right now that you don't need 200 grams of protein. I don't care if you're a bodybuilder.
Depending on your stats, 90 grams is probably still within range at the low end.0 -
