I do mine wet its usually 180-220 calories per cup of cooked. Depends on pasta I eat wheat myself.

Make homemade ganola bars are cereal bars for breakfast. Turkey or beef jerky. Fruit cups. Maybe almonds or walnuts. Apples,oranges,pears.

I don't know but generally its better safe than sorry. We need to eat good foods with nutritional value these are some of those foods.

Well super obese people need mono/poly when suddenly going from very high consumption to low calories under like 1400. I still have that mindset form when I started my diet. It still doesn't hurt to eat those foods some..

No monosaturated and polysaturated fats is what you need,it happens to be in walnuts fish some oils ect

When I go eat salsa at the Mexican place I get a spoon break off one crumb and eat it that way. You really don't need but around 5-7 chips eating it like this. You will have the "crunch" without calories. 5 chips and salsa is 175 calories and I use to eat an entire basket lol.

Yeah just eat some more protein. All that has carbs. You need protein during exercise. Make sure to eat good fats walnuts avacoados ect or risk gallbladder damage especially on low cal diet.

I've made apple its sweet good for deglazing fresh green beans ect. Pear is funky so if you find pear trees just eat them lol

Yep its 100x better than "butter buds" I also use it on steamed broccoli instead of real butter.

Mash the juice out of them add sugar and wine yeast and make some wine. I cook with my homemade wine or give it away. It's just fun making it.

They are pretty soggy tasting but for a dollar they make a good snack or okay side dish. Be careful or some broccoli/asparagus some brands are all stems.

You mean like syncing from an app like pacer to mfp or on mfp platform? My pacer wouldn't sync so I manually add it now.

Any green or yellow veggie is fine. Just limit croutons/cheese. I like a nice pesto with not much grapeseed oil as dressing or yogurt dressings. Use lean protein turkey chicken pork loin fish

Eat nothing from a box for 3 days and drink plenty of water. Also add "no salt" to your food instead of salt. My cells absorb 7-9 pounds of water when I eat clean I dump it all in 3 days. If I eat salt I gain 7-9 pounds overnight lol

I use to use it but switched to grapeseed oil. It has a higher searing point. It also taste better in salads vs olive oil I think.

I use splenda because it taste the most like sugar to me. I lucked out and bought 7 big bags for $1 last month plus its the fiber one I like.

Drink whatever you want skip lunch eat dinner before drinking. The next days just exercise twice your usually.

I like it simple apples celery lemons = gatoraid substitute. Peach apple lemons cucumbers are pretty tasty.
