  • This winter I quit walking n stayed at the same weight for 2 months but kept on my diet. I was averaging 3 pounds a week since sept. Keep in mind I was very heavy. Since its spring I'm back to loosing. Sometimes I've found if I plateau go eat anything you want It will boost your metabolism at least for me it does

  • I try to eat 1100-1200 per day if you want to look at my diary you can get some ideas. Also I like burning 400 cal walking or exerciseing a day
  • Your body will use the carbs first instead of pulling from your fat reserves. If you eat under 30 grams per day you will have a better shot of your body burning fat and building strength. That just means eat half a cup of rice pasta or potato's a day. Don't completely cut out carbs you will go into ketosis

  • I eat plain yogurt its packed with protein. Also eggs are a great source. Nuts and seeds are filled with mono and poly fats that are essential for your gallbladder and have protein.
