If you mean how long have i been doing insanity its on and off. I get demotivated easily if i don't see results fast. Atm i'm just doing calisthenics, weights and a lot of abdominal work which is bad for lodosis apparently. (crunches)

Well my doc said no jumping at all, since the lower back absorbs a lot of pressure and suffering from lordosis increases it. But i am just curious in the long run minus the pain will it benefit me.
