I'm in. I started this morning. I took pictures & weighed in @ 179.6. I could not find my measuring tape so I will do my measurements this when I get home this evening. I'll post thoses too! LEGO!!

I started it this morning @ 6:30am! This is my first time doing this 30DS. I can feel it in my legs. I took pic this morning before i started & I weighed my self. Ooooh ok. So I'll be doing each level for 10days. I will be sure to have a knee brace on hand just incase. Thank you for this info! If you dont mind me asking, can you see the results with doing the 30DS as far as how your clothes fit, scale, etc?

Thanks everyone for their input on this top because I too thought having too much protien is something that is holding me back from reaching my weight lost goals. I guess not. So now I'll have to see what it is because I want to reach my second mini goal of 5-10lbs May 2011.

Keep up the good work! I want to do a 5k in May for Breast Cancer but I started to late to do my training but I will accomplish the goal of running a 5K this year. Do you have any advice on how I can get trained to do a 5 or 10k? Thanks.
