I am on Day 15/ Level 2 and I really miss Level 1! My shins feels a little sore but nothing major. Before starting this 30DS, I recieved great information... STRETCH. I am on Day 13/Level 2. And I have been doing 30DS EVERYDAY and on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday I do Zumba. Just like everyone said doing the 30DS isnt enough for me. I hope I am one of those ones that will loose "up to 20lbs" on this 30DS plus adding my other workouts. I wish you the best. :smile:

First of all let me say "YOU CAN DO IT"!! I completed Day 10/ Level1 on Sat 3/10.(I have already lost 3lbs ) Today is my Day 13/Level 2. To me level 2 is a beast! Level 1 compared to Level 2 makes me miss Level 1. Julian works the ENTIRE body & you will see the results!

I have a HRM & today makes day 8/Level 1 for me & I've been buring about 230 calories from start to finish which is about 27min. I log mines as Cardio. I would suggest investing in a HRM. You dont have to purchase a expensive one. feel free to check out my page and/or add me as a friend.

HRM is the best. I am on L1 Day 5 & I use my HRM everytime!! I've been buring over 200 calories. From start to finish its about 26.50 - 27min.

I just did L1 Day5 and my hubby noticed a difference. I can feel & see a difference. I will weigh in on Day 10 & take my measurements which will be Mar 10.
