Hey all,
I want to challenge myself to lose 10lbs the month of April. That's 2.25lbs a week. I would like you all to join me, because we all can benefit from this. We have to weigh ourself on 3/30 or 4/1 and be -10lbs on 4/30! This will be a good challenge to test yourself and see just how strong you really are. Remember it's all mental and as long as you coach yourself and stay grounded you can do this. Have some self-discipline, motivation, patience and determination and you TOO will accomplish anything!!

Count me in! I know it's going to be an ambicious goal for me though. I had hoped to lose 9 lbs in March, and it's shaping up to be only 7. So April will be even tougher, but it will push me to work harder. On the plus side, I had to go light on working out in March, due to tendonitis, but am back 100% for April. So, with the added workouts, I might just make that goal for April. Let's do this!!0
