I love my air fryer use it every day I've cooked plenty of different types of meat in it, Just put a timer on it walk away come back and it's done!

Hi guys, Thank you ever so much for your advise. Before doing insanity I did JM 30 day shred and some of her other DVDs which is why I want to push myself harder to insanity. I will continue and just hope for the best! Turns out I am not the only one who struggled with the first plyo cardio as I've been searching the web…

Hey! I have just done my first fitness test with insanity (I feel dead already) and plan to continue tomorrow! Would be great to chat to someone who is also new to this. I am also not doing the nutritional plan due to having minimal time to cook and prepare food.

I mastered how to use the Fitbit wristband however apparently I don't like to wear it in my sleep as I would wake up and it would be on the other side of my bed! Instead I bought a sports wristband with a zip approx. 2$ (Apparently usually used for keeping safe things such as keys and credit cards in when going for a run?)…

I don't plan them for replacement meals, I need to up my protein and I struggle to eat enough in daily foods which is why I have enquired to see if they do help and are worth the money to fit into my daily meals. Maybe even as a snack.

I always go to Itsu or Abokado ! Only problem is it ends up pretty expensive so even though it's cheap it's still a treat! I always buy salad bits from Tesco and make stuff in the office. :) I work at Baker Street.

Hey! I'm 5ft and 20 years old. I've lost roughly 14-15lb in the last three months and I am trying to lose roughly 20lb more within the next few months and plan on being on here for a very very long time ! If you ever need someone to be-friend and chat to that is no problem. :)

Mine is always to same with walking always higher heart rate pm and always burn more calories however any other exercise it seems roughly the same to MFP so try something else? I however think mine is due to being unfit... I never used to walk much!
