  • I am definitely going for a second opinion, I know my body and I know this is not normal! The fact that it started in just my lower back and has now spread down my hip and leg and the numbness is kind of scary
  • I have always had pain in my lower back, I have seen a specialist in the past before, but this go round, it started after i did a walk on a trail in my neighborhood about 3weeks ago. It has gotten worse and the pain has now spread to my lower abdomen/side area.

  • i try a small amount at a time. i keep one of those small 10 oz. styrofoam coffee cups full of ice water. i drink it with a straw and i get one every time i get up from my desk. By the time i get home, i have consumed more than the 64oz without even realizing it.
