Personally I wouldn't have a cheat day but if there is something you are really wanting, eat it, count it and done! :)

I read an article once that said most people only notice if a person is overweight or of normal weight!!! If that's true I have a way to go before anyone notices! ???? I notice it and DH does too and thats what really matters plus I think it depends how your built.

I agree, start weighing yourself as soon as you get out of bed(after you pee) and you will get a more accurate picture of your weight loss. And good for you for getting off the couch!

I started a weight lifting program almost two weeks ago and my weight loss has stalled big time but I expected this and am determined to not let it derail my efforts, after all I am in this to transform my body and that includes a healthy exercise program.

$500 every two weeks, family of 5(three teenagers) and we live on an island in Alaska so it's expensive.

I weigh every morning and log no matter the number, it helps me in the long run to see that even if I stay the same for a few days or gain a little that eventually if I keep exercising and eating within my calorie goals the weight will go down.

I've done Weight Watchers in the past but find MFP or calorie counting easier then figuring out points. I do think Weight Watchers is a good program and can see how the meetings can help some people.

Every day as soon as I get up, weight fluctuates up and down from day to day but I don't let it bother me as long as I see a downward trend from week to week. : )
