I'm going to try it too I have no workout since April :( I'm going to stop eating fast food and workout at least three times a week. :happy:

That's exactly what is happen to me now and i don't fit in the pants i used three years ago so what is their problem?

Drink lots of water log everything you eat and measure it accurately. That work for me even when I don't exercise.:smile:

jump rope, standing abs dumbbells (if you don't have it use something like bottle of water a can of soup etc)

I'm gonna start a challenge of 30 days with squat, JJ, mountain climbers, sit ups, burpees and leg lifts. I hope I continue till the end which me luck.

I have the same problem I have 3 days in a row that I weight 140 but if I weight myself in the Wii fit I weight 144 so I don't know what to think : (

I'm 32 I begging in MFP in January 5'3 SW 160 CW 146 GW 130-135 I lose the first 14 lbs very quickly but right now I'm stocked in 143-146 but I'm trying not to lose the motivation.

I want (if possible) what was your workout plan like how many times a week and how much time right now I'm working out 3 times a week but sometimes i lift sometimes a do cardio and sometimes yoga but i change the routine a lot.

I'm a cheapskate too lol but i buy a concealer of MAC a sample not the entire stuff and it was great the first one that gave me great results and the price was not that high compared to other similar products but people like me who don't use a lot of makeup buy samples is the best idea.

When i workout i eat my calories back and sometimes a little more and when i feel fatigued i changed to a more passive workout like walking or weight lift (at least for me is passive i use a 10lbs dumbells) anyway go to a doctor is always more secure to know whats going on. Good luck.

Im in i already lost 14 pounds in 2 months only doing wii exercise, walking and eating aprox 1300-1400 calorie each day. I want to lose another 10 to reach my first goal. HW 160 LW 125 CW 146 GW 135

I go to bed late everynight around 1-2 am an woke up at 9am have breakfast and around 11am workout in my house for half or an hour.Sometimes in the night workout again if i eat a lot.

Well i workout 4 or 5 time a week sometimes 40 minutes to one hour , when i don't have much time i do 20 or 30 minutes at this time i have great result. But luckily i work 3-10pm so i have all morning to exercise.

I think you don't eat enough vegetables and fruit. And drinking water is very important too. Maybe that is the problem.

Im 32 im from PR work in a restaurant. My first weigth 160 my goal weight 130. Im 5'3 im doing fitness videos , wii fit, biggest loser and walking.

I have the same problem, i work at a restaurant and is very difficult to avoid the temptation and especially the cravings to eat everything i see, especially when i have anxiety and stress because of the work.
