=P Up a lb from Thursday, but i half expected that after yesterday! I got some really good news so went out to celebrate and had a huge dinner and a drink!But it's only the 3rd and I'm running a spartan race tomorrow, so that should burn some calories!

Probably not a fair reflection as it looks like I have lost 6lbs, I weigh in on Sundays and last Sunday I was 236lbs, however when I weighed in for this challenge on Thursday I was 238lbs due to water retention or whatever, done my usual weigh in today and had lost 4lb for the week which I am delighted with but I know I have worked really hard this week with exercising and I'm feeling myself being fitter than I have for many many years. I love MFP0
