    hirstrl, I noticed something and now you're like me....We both slid under the 200 mark last week! YEAH!!!

    This is the first time in a year and a half that I've dropped lower that that!

    Dee, Congrats! Keep the workouts going and your food in check. You have nearly 2 weeks and a lot can change in that time.

    I saw no movement for nearly 12 days Then a couple good drops occurred back to back.

    See if you can burn just a few more calories by extending your workouts just a little. You are definitely making progress.
    Make these last days count! The work is hard but you are doing good. Stay on track!

    Great job everyone! I've got 3lbs left myself, loss has slowed since I had switched focus to mostly strength goals, but I've got to get on this with only one week left!

    I'm 2.4 pounds away from completing the challenge, being in the 230s, and hitting my first overall goal of -20lbs. I was so tempted to make this a lazy day of Netflix in bed, but now I'm off for a jog (5K training, W2D2) - my reward after which will be Netflix in bed!
