I saw no movement for nearly 12 days Then a couple good drops occurred back to back.
See if you can burn just a few more calories by extending your workouts just a little. You are definitely making progress.

Looks like that was a 2 or 3 lbs slip up I made this past week!

I'm 2.4 pounds away from completing the challenge, being in the 230s, and hitting my first overall goal of -20lbs. I was so tempted to make this a lazy day of Netflix in bed, but now I'm off for a jog (5K training, W2D2) - my reward after which will be Netflix in bed!0
