    Hang in there skeet... I started and didn't see any movement on the scale for like 11 or 12 days straight, then it dropped 3 pounds.
    Watch your food and don't back off on getting your exercise in.

    I started out at 186 on 4/30
    yesterday (5/10) I weighed 183

    So 3 pounds down. At this rate I'll need to pick up the pace a little to hit 10 pounds by June 1st.

    Chris, you are consistent on getting your work outs in... You should only need a small tweak to make the goal.

    I'm no expert to advise you.. just keep at it and we'll get there.
