5/03 Sat: 181 (5/6) +.4lbs but lost 4.25 overall inches from chest, waist, & hips
5/10 Sat: 179 (5/13)

I saw no movement for nearly 12 days Then a couple good drops occurred back to back.
See if you can burn just a few more calories by extending your workouts just a little. You are definitely making progress.
Make these last days count! The work is hard but you are doing good. Stay on track!

I'm at 193.6 this morning. Which means that I have 2.6 pounds to go to meet the goal of 10 pounds by June.0

Looks like that was a 2 or 3 lbs slip up I made this past week!

This was a rough week in terms of not eating as well as I should have. I really recommitted halfway through the week so I'm glad to see that I still was able to lose a pound. Still on track to meet my goal. Only about 4 lbs to go!
