    I weigh-in on Tuesdays and decided to keep my schedule.

    Weigh in Dates:
    Start of Month (5/01 Thur): 181 (4/28)
    5/03 Sat: 181 (5/6) +.4lbs but lost 4.25 overall inches from chest, waist, & hips
    5/10 Sat: 179 (5/13)
    5/17 Sat: 178 (5/20)
    5/24 Sat:
    End of Month (5/31 Sat):
    Dee, Congrats! Keep the workouts going and your food in check. You have nearly 2 weeks and a lot can change in that time.

    I saw no movement for nearly 12 days Then a couple good drops occurred back to back.

    See if you can burn just a few more calories by extending your workouts just a little. You are definitely making progress.
    Make these last days count! The work is hard but you are doing good. Stay on track!

    Thanks Carl! I'm hoping that I can drop at least 3 lbs by the end of the month.

    I'm at 193.6 this morning. Which means that I have 2.6 pounds to go to meet the goal of 10 pounds by June.

  • Great job everyone! I've got 3lbs left myself, loss has slowed since I had switched focus to mostly strength goals, but I've got to get on this with only one week left!

    I added back .9lbs at this weigh-in.

    Looks like that was a 2 or 3 lbs slip up I made this past week!

    I'll have a decent weigh in next week because I'm going to watch everything this next week and really burn up the calories.

    I'm 2.4 pounds away from completing the challenge, being in the 230s, and hitting my first overall goal of -20lbs. I was so tempted to make this a lazy day of Netflix in bed, but now I'm off for a jog (5K training, W2D2) - my reward after which will be Netflix in bed!

    Thanks again Smirnoff. This is all new to me since I've never in my life ever watched my weight or what I eat (I was always the skinny little twig growing up). I'm learning a lot as I go along... Everyone's input is helpful. A year form now I'll have my act together. Thanks for all the support!

    This was a rough week in terms of not eating as well as I should have. I really recommitted halfway through the week so I'm glad to see that I still was able to lose a pound. Still on track to meet my goal. Only about 4 lbs to go!

    Adding this a few days late but weight recorded is from Saturday. A little bummed because I've fallen off the pace for 10 lbs. Really pushing myself this week, making sure I get in a few extra workouts and trying not to indulge so much. Hopefully I'll be able to close the month strong and lose those last 3 pounds!
