  • My 2 cents: From my research you must maintain a heart rate specific to your age when doing your work out for at least 12 minutes at a time. Then slow the pace down and then pick it back up and maintain it for another 12 minutes at the calorie burning heart rate, repeat. I am just starting my elliptical exercise regiment…
