  • I swore I would never run again after I got out of the Army but I've actually been thinking about doing this program to train for a 5K. No better way to lose weight than running.
  • No way your average was 170 on a walk. It wasn't reading right. If it was 170 then that amount of calories if correct. I just cant see you even reaching 170 as a max while walking.

  • I find that my Sodium goal is by far the hardest to stay under. EVERYTHING is loaded with Sodium these days.

  • I drink on Saturdays pretty heavy. A couple of weekends ago I slapped on my Polar Heart rate moitor because I do alot of dancing when I drink. By midnight I had burned over 2000 calories.
