Yup I have it synced. Just trying to find out what is a good net calorie goal for each day. Right now I am doing 1200 but worried that is too low. I am eating back whatever my activity adjustment is from fitbit to be right at 1200.

Awesome suggestion about the weights. I never do the same workout day after day. Some days I go for distance and speed and the others I will have incline really high. I will definitely add the weights to my workout.

Thanks all. I am using the Fit Bit to calculate my steps, miles, calories, etc so that is where I am getting the calories burned. I thought I might be eating too little so that is why I bumped it up to 1300 and still nothing. I am not into "supplements" so don't think I will try the Herbalife.
