  • good luck!! that's my plan for the next few weeks too. I have been doing great but see a slow workout week in my future...i'm in grad school and my finals start next week.

  • I put a slim fast shake in the freezer for 2-3 hours and open it from the bottom and pour into a glass to eat as a frozen shake. It's partially slushy, very filling, and feels like I got to eat ice cream :)
  • I was only slightly overweight (184lbs, 5'9") when I started and still lost 5.5lbs in 2 weeks. I'm happy and not looking forward to it slowing down, but it has been awesome and not difficult at all :)

  • Exercise has been proven to prevent and reverse diabetes, heart conditions, and every other disease in the list of top 10 killers in America. Just search "benefits of exercise" on any search engine. Exercise improves the functioning of every body system.
  • DEFINITELY a very noticeable difference. Thighs look smaller, under the band of your bra is much smaller (looks more comfy), and your stomach is so much smoother, also smaller. Really look at the before pic for a minute, then you should see the huge difference I see when I look at the after. Congrats and keep it up!
  • That's exactly where I'm at (size wise, no kids for me yet)...i'm in a 12ish (was a tight 12 a few months ago!) now and want to reach a comfortable 8 or less, we'll see what happens. Good luck!
