I eat at maintenance or dont log 1 day each weekend. This allows me to eat more than normal, especially if I work out. I know these days wont make me gain (since i still stay at maintenance) so i never feel guilty if i have a "bad" day.

I know how you feel. I got lazy over the summer and gained about 5 lbs back after I had lost 20...got back on track and am now am 6 lbs lighter than I was back in May (total of 26lbs lost since jan '11)...slow progress, but we can do this is we keep it up!! When I'm really stiff and sore from a rough workout, I stick to walking the next day. Makes everything feel less tight and still allows me to work out :)
