Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

I've been absent the last two weeks..BUT I kept losing in that time! Today I'm back to kickstart the rest of the year!
My favorite number is 12 so I'm loving the date right now, and can't wait for a year from now to see where I am!!!
